2. Subject of the Contract 2.1. The Contractor provides services for development, design and programming of websites. 2.2. The Customer accepts and pays for the services provided.

3. Terms of Performance 3.1. Work is performed in accordance with the technical specification. 3.2. Terms of performance are agreed individually.

4. Payment 4.1. The cost of services is determined separately for each project. 4.2. Payment is made according to the payment schedule.

5. Guarantees 5.1. The Contractor provides a warranty on the developed product for 1 year. 5.2. The warranty includes correction of technical errors and technical support.
