Offer

This offer is a public offer by FOP Alpatov Fedir Mykhailovych (hereinafter - "Contractor") to conclude a contract for the provision of web development services under the conditions specified below.

1. General Provisions 1.1. This offer regulates the terms of provision of web development services. 1.2. Acceptance of this offer is payment for services or signing a contract.

2. Subject of the Contract 2.1. The Contractor undertakes to provide web development services in accordance with the technical specification. 2.2. The Customer undertakes to accept and pay for the services.

3. Cost and Payment Procedure 3.1. The cost of services is determined individually for each project. 3.2. Payment is made according to the terms of the contract.

4. Rights and Obligations of the Parties 4.1. The Contractor undertakes to perform work within the agreed timeframes. 4.2. The Customer undertakes to provide necessary information and materials.

5. Liability of the Parties 5.1. The parties are liable for non-performance of obligations in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.
